The state of emergency in the City of Vineland was rescinded at 5:00 a.m. this morning. The mandatory travel restriction that was included with this declaration has been lifted as well.
A message was sent out last night by the Cumberland County Board of Freeholders recommending that Cumberland County residents remain off the roadways until 12:00 P.M. Thursday afternoon. This is only a recommendation, not a mandatory travel ban.
