Joci Annabelle Jenkins, white female, date of birth: 10/21/96 was last seen today wearing a black tank top under her clothing and carrying a large RED suitcase. Joci Jenkins may be traveling to Pennsylvania by unknown means of transportation. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Joci Jenkins is encouraged to contact Det.
