Drug Arrest- Budget Inn. February 8, 2011. 
Ptl. McCall while conducting a business walk through of the Budget Inn detected the heavy odor of burning marijuana coming from Room #120. Ptl. McCall knocked on the door and made contact with David J. Lucas, while Ptl. McCall was speaking with Mr. Lucas he could see a cloud of smoke in the air. Mr. Lucas was detained and a consequent search and investigation revealed several marijuana cigarettes inside the room. Mr. Lucas was charged and released with a court date of 2/17/2011.
