DWI Arrest- February 21, 2011. 
The defendant Lynn Rowan was stopped by the investigating officer for traveling through a red light. Once stopped, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from the driver. Rowan was taken into custody for driving under the influence. Rowan was issued several motor vehicle violations and was released to a third party with a court date of March 3, 2011.
