Amgen Tour of California 
Amgen Tour of California is coming to Thousand Oaks this weekend May 21 & 22. The eighth and final stage of the race will end on Sunday in front of the Civic Arts Plaza. The community can expect traffic delays along Thousand Oaks Blvd. beginning on Saturday and road closures on Sunday. Hillcrest Drive and Thousand Oaks Blvd. will be closed on Sunday between Rancho Road and Conejo School Drive beginning around noon on Sunday and lasting until the race is completed. Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes of travel and avoid this area. Other temporary closures will occur as the riders make their way along the race course which begins in Santa Clarita.
