Narrative:
Thousand Oaks Police Department is investigating a single car collision that occurred on Westlake Boulevard just north of Evenstar Avenue. Mr. Keith Jump was driving a white 2008 Cadillac Escalade northbound on Westlake Boulevard when it left the roadway and collided with a large tree. Mr. Jump suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.
The investigation is continuing.
