Lebanon man arrested for a apartment burglary, 4900 block of Eastman Drive on 10/25.

Lower Paxton Twp. Police have charged a Lebanon man for the burglary of an apartment in the 4900 block of Eastman Dr. Timothy Allen Rhoads, 46 years of age, of the first block of E. Mifflin St., was arrested near the apartment after a laptop computer that was stolen in the burglary was found in his work vehicle and after witnesses were interviewed. Rhoads was working for a contractor doing work in the complex. Rhoads was arraigned on charges of Burglary and Receiving Stolen Property in front of Senior Magisterial District Judge Shugars who set bail at $10,000. He was then taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of bail and on a State Parole detainer.
