Special Olympics Torch Run today. Traffic concerns are listed.

Here is the torch run route for today. We receive the torch from Gardena PD at about 11:20am.

Start at 190th Street & Western. Southbound Western to Torrance Blvd.

Westbound Torrance Blvd to southbound Sartori.

Southbound Sartori to westbound Post, to westbound Carson Street.

Westbound Carson to Crenshaw Blvd

Southbound Crenshaw Blvd all the way down to Pacific Coast Highway (PCH).

Then eastbound PCH from Crenshaw Blvd where we will end at Norm's Restaurant.

We will hand off the torch to the Lomita Sheriff's Station at Norm's.

We will stay in the curb (gutter) lanes during the entire run, but traffic will be a little congested around us as we run. We should be handing off about 12:30pm.
