DON'T MISS OUT! The Palmdale Safety Expo, Car Show & Chili Cook-Off is THIS SATURDAY!!!

Palmdale Station is proud to announce the Palmdale Safety Expo, Car Show and Chili Cook-Off. This exciting event will be held at the
Antelope Valley Mall, this Saturday, June 16, 2012, between 10 am and 2 pm. Several Sheriff Department Units will be present as well as
L.A. County Fire, California Highway Patrol, U.S. Forestry Service,
and numerous other public safety organizations who proudly serve the citizens of the Antelpoe Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity to
invite your family and friends out for a great day of fun and
learning.

In addition to the displays of emergency apparatus, the Plamdale
Station Boosters will be hosting a Car Show and Chili Cook-Off. There will be a dunk tank and a live radio broadcast featuring High Desert Broadcasting's KMVE 106.9, Classic Top 40.

If you have a classic or show car, truck or motorcycle we would like
you to come out and be a part of this fantastic event. We are still
accepting entries for the Chili Cook-Off and have reduced the entry
fee just so YOU will enter your world famous chili recipe!

Proceeds from the event registration are tax deductible and will go to
several charitable efforts. This event is free to the public, however
there is a small donation for chili tasting. Proceeds from the chili
tasting will be used to build a memorial at the Palmdale Sheriff's
Station for peace officers killed in the line of duty.
