Police: At Tonights Smyrna Birthday Celebration watch for pedestrian/vehicle traffic. CSX to run train horns until midnight. 
Smyrna Police would like to remind you to watch for vehicle/pedestrian traffic this evening as you enjoy Smyrna's Birthday Celebration. Pedestrians should only cross at crosswalks or when directed by police.
CSX will be operating their train horns until midnight to keep pedestrians and drivers alerted to passing trains.
Traffic leaving the downtown after the fireworks will be detoured to the following routes until traffic clears:
Altant Rd southbound only to Concord Rd
Church St & Stephens St westbound only to S. Cobb Dr
