L. T. Perry, black male, date of birth, 01/04/1958, no address available, has been identified as the person struck by the train on 08/21/12. The incident occurred near the 1200 block of Stone Ave (Kansas City Southern Railroad) at approximately 6:03 pm.
The engineer, traveling west bound, observered Perry lying on the tracks and was unable to avoid striking the him.
The body was sent to Little Rock, AR. for an autopsy.
