On Wednesday, November 1st, 2017, at approximately 6:30pm, the suspect, a black male adult, 30-40 years old, attempted to kidnap a 17 year old victim. The victim was waiting at a bus stop on the 44300 block of Sierra Highway in the city of Lancaster when he was approached by the suspect.
