*2nd Update*: #LASD Homicide Bureau Detectives Conduct Death Investigation, West Hollywood

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s (LASD) Homicide Bureau is continuing its investigation into the tragic death of Timothy Dean which occurred on January 7, 2019 at 1234 Laurel Ave in the City of West Hollywood.  Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva strongly stated today, “The investigation will be exhaustive and impartial throughout the process.  I have directed that the investigation be timely and that all aspects be considered to get to the bottom of what occurred, including a secondary review of the tragic death of Gemmel Moore for any similarities which occurred at the same location in July of 2017.  The investigation will be driven by facts and evidence, nothing more.  All findings will be submitted to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for review and determination as to whether the actions of Mr. Buck warrant criminal filings.”
