A significant weather event associated with rainfall by way of consecutive storms in a compressed timeframe poses a high risk for mud and debris flow throughout the Woolsey Fire Burn Area. The area presents as potentially unstable due to decreased ability of burn areas to absorb rainfall. Protection of life, property, and the environment will remain our priorities.
