The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flood Advisory for... Ohio County in southeastern Indiana... Franklin County in southeastern Indiana... Ripley County in southeastern Indiana... Dearborn County in southeastern Indiana... Switzerland County in southeastern Indiana...

* Until 630 PM EST.

* At 239 PM EST, up to an inch of rain has fallen over southeastern Indiana. Combined with melting snow, this rain is expected to lead to flooding in the advisory area. At 228 PM, law enforcement in Franklin County Indiana reported that a few roads had been closed due to high water.

* Minor flooding of low-lying and poorly drained streets, highways, low water crossings and underpasses will continue to occur. In addition, farmland near creeks, streams and drainage ditches will continue to experience minor flooding. Some locations that will experience minor flooding include... Batesville, Lawrenceburg, Greendale, Aurora, Brookville, Rising Sun, Bright, Hidden Valley, Versailles, Milan, Vevay, Osgood, Dillsboro, Oldenburg, Moores Hill, Florence, Lake Santee, Guilford, Wilmington and Logan.
