Sexual Battery suspect sought by Union City Police.

On September 4th, 2017 at approximately 6:30AM, a female victim entered the Union City walking trail located near Kohoutek Way and Union City Boulevard.  The victim was followed by an unknown male, who approached the victim and said "BE MY FRIEND".

The suspect then grabbed the victims buttocks and other places of her body.  It is believed that the suspect was scared off when he heard the voice of a police dispatcher over the victims cell phone.

The victim told police that she had seen the male on the same trail on several different occasions, each time he asked her to be his friend.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic or Filipino male in his late 20's to early 30's, approximately 5'7" with brown eyes, dark colored hair, and dark complextion.  The victim told police that each time she has seen the suspect, he has worn a T-shirt, Basketball style shorts, and tennis shoes.

A composite sketch of the suspect was created and it is hoped that someone recognizes the individual and notifies police.
