Kennedy Hennings arrested for attempted murder after stabbing her boyfriend

DATE/TIME: September 14, 2017 / 10:00 a.m.

INCIDENT: PC 664/187 Attempted Murder

LOCATION: 2200 block of Darby Street, Muscoy

SUSPECT(S): Kennedy Hennings, 20-year-old resident of Muscoy

VICTIM(S): Confidential

SUMMARY: On September 14, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Deputies Nicassio and Fakhoury, from the Sheriff's Central Station, responded to the San Bernardino Community Hospital Emergency Room for a call of a victim with a stab wound. The victim said he was stabbed multiple times by his ex-girlfriend, Kennedy Hennings. Hennings and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation when Hennings grabbed a knife from the kitchen and began stabbing the victim. The victim was able to take the knife from Hennings and she went and got another knife from the kitchen. Henning’s attacked him again and yelled she was going to kill him. Deputies and Central Station Detectives searched the Muscoy area and located a vehicle, matching the description of the vehicle Hennings was in, on Cajon Blvd and State Street. During the traffic stop, Hennings attempted to flee on foot but was captured. Hennings was arrested for PC 664/187 Attempted Murder and booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
