A couple is arrested for fraud and possession of drugs after probationer cuts off his ankle monitor

INCIDENT: Fraud and Possession of Methamphetamine

LOCATION: 11000 block of Rosariata Dr., Loma Linda

SUSPECT(S): Javier Flores, 30 year old resident of Loma Linda
Ramona Gutierrez, 40 year old resident of Loma Linda

VICTIM(S): Confidential

SUMMARY: On September 28, 2017, San Bernardino County Probation Officers were conducting a home compliance check on Javier Flores, who had cut off his ankle monitor. While at the home, they requested assistance from the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department.

When deputies were searching the home they found illegal drugs, altered forged checks, fraud equipment, identification cards, social security cards, and credit cards belonging to numerous victims. Flores and his girlfriend, Ramona Gutierrez were arrested for fraud and possession of methamphetamine. They were booked at the Central Detention Center in lieu of $50,000 bail.
