Deputies Investigating Loma Linda Hit and Run with Serious Injuries

SUSPECT(S): Unknown
VICTIM(S): 17 year old male

On Sunday, 04/08/18 at 9:35 p.m., there was a major injury traffic collision on Redlands Blvd, near the intersection of Bryn Mawr Ave. An unknown dark colored sport utility vehicle was traveling westbound in the #1 lane on Redlands Blvd at an unknown speed. The vehicle proceeded through the intersection at Bryn Mawr Ave and struck a pedestrian in the roadway. The vehicle continued westbound and failed to stop for the traffic collision. The pedestrian was transported to the Universtiy of Loma Linda Medical Center and is in critical condition. At this time there is no further suspect information.

The collision is being investigated by the Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) and is on going.
