Pomona Police have taken 3 suspects into custody in connection to the gas station shooting that occurred on the early morning of Thursday, May 31st.
The suspects were identified after Pomona PD Dispatch received numerous calls and tips from the public and local media.
While the suspects have been taken into custody, the shooter remains outstanding. Pomona Police Detectives have successfully indentified the shooter as Rigoberto Perez, 34-years-old of Azusa. They are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Perez’s whereabouts. If you see Perez, please do not approach him as he may be armed. Anyone who sees Perez is asked to call 9-1-1.
